color: #006481;\">Esta pr\u00e1ctica implica cuatro niveles de trabajo:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">Acompa\u00f1amiento de los ejecutivos<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">Transformaci\u00f3n de los equipos de mando operativo<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">Modificaci\u00f3n de las pr\u00e1cticas de la organizaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">Medici\u00f3n del impacto sobre los resultados operativos y financieros<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">En ciertas ocasiones, esta pr\u00e1ctica se debe completar con una misi\u00f3n de consejo en estrategia y procesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_col-sm-6 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_30e015e7\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;
