It is often geared around coaching for executive committee meetings, and seminars with the team. Individual coaching may be used as backup in certain cases.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Generally speaking, <strong>team coaching<\/strong> will take place over a considerable period of time lasting 6 to 18\u00a0months.
