The team members not only share expectations for accomplishing group tasks, but also trust and support one another and respect one another&#8217;s individual differences.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>Who is it for?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Management teams, project teams, multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.<\/p>\n<h3>For what purpose?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The common general purpose for having team buildings is to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Build team rapport<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Strengthen existing team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Build High Performance Team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aligning Project Teams (Project team Interventions)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Developing Interdependency in team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How does it work?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is a structured process:<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1. Choosing your coaches<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You will choose your coach from among those available during an initial introductory session. This is the \u2018chemistry\u2019 meeting.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2. Setting up the contract<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On this occasion, you will jointly decide on team building goals and indicators corresponding to each goal. The programme is drawn up with the client and tailored to their aims. The 3-party contract is drafted further to this session. A good contract will be clear and specific, so that all parties can reach a shared understanding of the bridging process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tangible and intangible learning goals are identified, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fostering stronger relationships and team cohesiveness,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Igniting a spirit of achievement to attain performance excellence,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Identifying the five components of a winning team,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Learning and internalizing corporate values,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Improving team communication effectiveness.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3. The team building sessions<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They take place outside the organization at a venue to be decided upon with your coach.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4.
